We continue to focus our efforts on ensuring continuity of electricity service to Grand Cayman and the health and safety of our employees and customers.
Our Customer Service Centre in the Administration Building is now open between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. for INQUIRIES ONLY. Only four (4) customers will be allowed in the building at one time. Masks must be worn when inside the building. Our Customer Service Centre at the Caribbean Plaza remains closed to the public until further notice.
As the shelter-in-place restrictions are lifted and we begin to readjust to our normal operating procedures, we want to help you with addressing your account balance by having a repayment option in place. To help mitigate the impact of COVID-19, we are offering extended Payment Plans to qualified customers. Payment Plans are available for residential and commercial customers.
