To our Valued Customers,

We are transitioning to virtual service!

We are the same awesome team, ready to provide you with the same excellent service, with one small difference, we are taking what was initially an emergency response and making it our new normal. We are now offering our excellent service, virtually.

The experience has taught us how best to explore, learn and innovate while embracing technology; not only as we work through the present challenges, but as we create valuable new ways of working and connecting with each other in the future.

With this in mind, we have decided to transition our Customer Service to a virtual delivery.

Over the past few weeks, we have been rethinking and redesigning components of our service to ensure that we maintain the relationships we have fostered with you over the years.

Our priority will always be to provide you with the high quality of service to which you have grown accustomed.

During the stay-in-shelter order, a number of you shared that you appreciated the simplicity and ease of doing business with us electronically. We are thrilled to have received this positive and enthusiastic feedback from you. We are also grateful for the wonderful generousity of spirit which you have shown to our Customer Service agents during this time. With so many people working remotely and attempting to social distance, we are hearing that our virtual service methods are providing opportunities for people to seamlessly open, close and amend electricity service accounts. 

Please note that we will no longer be performing Customer Service functions in person at our offices. However, an information desk will be available at our Administration Building on North Sound Road so that we may answer any questions or provide paper forms to those who prefer this method. Completed forms can be submitted via the drop box at our Administration Building, or by e-mail to our Team.

We are committed to providing the best service possible and will continue to adapt our service offerings to better meet your needs. Over the next few weeks and as this new process evolves, we will update you on the changes as they are implemented.
