If you are having difficulty paying your total balance due every month or if you are having difficulty paying your current bill(s), you may be eligible for a CUC payment plan.

How Do Payment Plans Work?

When you have a Payment Plan, the outstanding balance on your account is divided into installments to be paid over time. The amount can be allocated over two to three monthly payments. You may also choose to make payments more frequently if that is better suited to your needs. Each month, your total payments must include the amount of your current month’s bill, plus the amount of any Payment Plan installments due that month.

For your Payment Plan and account to remain in good standing, the payment for the amount due must be posted before the bill due date or on the bill due date. The total new bill amount for regular electricity usage must also be paid.

Confirm Your Account Qualifies For a Payment Plan

You will not be eligible to qualify for a Payment Plan if you meet any of the following conditions:

  • You have an active payment plan that you set up previously and is ongoing (Please call our team at 949-5200 to discuss available options).
  • You no longer have an active service with our company.
  • You are not the named account holder.
