In our ongoing efforts to enhance customer service, CUC offers the following convenient payment methods for paying your bill:

 
My CUC

My CUC is a one click tool where you can track consumption, view your bills and submit payment with a debit or credit card. My CUC even gives you the option to set a primary card to remit payment automatically per month on a day of your choice. To login or create a My CUC account, visit PowerPay.

 

Quick Pay

With QuickPay you can make one time payments with your debit or credit card, without creating an online My CUC account. This is great if you need to pay a friend or relatives account quickly. To use QuickPay, visit Quick Payment.


Direct Debit

Our Direct Debit facility is your guarantee that your electricity bill will be paid automatically each month from your bank  account. The debit occurs approximately three weeks from the date the bill is generated. Payments are automatically arranged between CUC and your bank. CUC pays all transaction charges, therefore this service is FREE to you. Participating banks include Butterfield Bank (Cayman) Ltd., Fidelity Bank (Cayman) Ltd., CIBC FirstCaribbean International Bank (Cayman) Ltd., Cayman National, Royal Bank of Canada and Scotiabank.
 

Online Bank Payments

If you have online banking access with any of the local banks, you can pay your bills online.


Bank Payments

Pay your bills directly at the bank counter at local banks. To complete the transaction customers must present a current bill (usually processed in 3 to 5 days).
 

PowerPay 

PowerPay is our new convenient online bill payment service.  Sign up online today and you’ve got the power to manage your account(s), view and pay your electricty bills from the comfort of your home, work desk, and even during your travels using your mobile phone or tablet.

CUC’s PowerPay system has great features including an option to schedule automatic payments by entering your credit/debit card information and selecting a reoccurring date for payment. Your card will be automatically debited by the system for your bill amount monthly on the date selected. Card information can also be updated or changed at your request. Through the CUC PowerPay system, you will be sent email reminders and receipts of the bill payments for your account(s).

Pay your bill at the locations below with more convenient hours of service (Esso and Rubis Stations accept payments between 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. each day; JN Money Transfer accepts payments between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on weekdays and until 4:00 p.m. on Saturdays:

Brown's Esso - Dorcy Drive, Industrial Park

Post Offices

Payments are accepted at all post offices across Grand Cayman with the exception of partial bill payments or payment of bills indicating  "Disconnection" (usually processed in 3 to 5 days).
 

By Telephone

Dial 949-5200, press 2 to access our automated Customer Service system, press 1 and say or enter account number and follow instructions.


Mail/Drop Box

Cheques and drafts can be mailed to P.O. Box 38, Grand Cayman KY1-1101 or customers can utilise our secure “Drop Box” at our Administration Building on North Sound Road. Do not mail cash (usually processed in 3 to 5 days).
